Welcome to your church library

Knowledge changes lives. It is the purpose of the church library to provide materials not normally found in public libraries.

What you will find in the library

The collection includes books, CD’s, DVD’s, audio cassettes, and videos for pre-school through senior citizens. You will find such items as Bible study guides (small group and personal), fiction (romance, mysteries, etc.), Christian living, church school crafts, personal finance, games, inspirational reading, reference, science and religion, self help (marriage and dating, for example), and history all from the Christian viewpoint.

We use the Dewy Decimal System and maintain an
online catalog. Not all materials are in the online catalog so browse the shelves for other items which might be of interest.

Donations to the library

1. Monetary donations are used to purchase additional media, decorations, or operational supplies. You may designate how the donation is to be used.

2. Books and media are accepted with the knowledge that the library committee reserves the right to dispose of any items as deemed necessary. For example, duplicates will not be kept nor will materials readily found in a public library. Items not kept can be returned to you or will be sent on to Cookson Hills or another charity.
3. Please leave a note with gifts, so we know who to thank.

4. The library committee is in the process of developing a list of materials we would like to have in the library.
